Q. I placed an order. When will I receive it?
A. Please allow 4-6 weeks for all shipments. Although many times you may receive your order sooner, it does sometimes take as long as 6 weeks for an order to be filled. You will receive an e-mail notifying you when your order was shipped. |
Q. What is my customer account number?
A. Once you've ordered from us, you will receive a packing list and your customer account number will be listed on that. |
Q. I received an order that was incomplete/damaged/etc. What do I do?
